Physical Products

You have the right to return physical products purchased from antiquewhiteart.com store within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@antiquewhite.art before sending the item back.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was faulty or delivered incorrectly.

Digital Products

By purchasing digital products from our store, you agree that:
The right of withdrawal expires once the digital download has begun, and
You have given explicit consent to this condition during the checkout process.

Therefore, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU), digital products (e.g., downloadable files) are excluded from the right of withdrawal once the download process has started or the product has been accessed, provided that the customer has given express consent and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal before the download.

Excerpt from the Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU:
"Member States shall not provide for the right of withdrawal set out in Articles 9 to 15 in respect of distance and off-premises contracts as regards the following:
...(m) the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and his acknowledgment that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal."
