Where do I download my digital products (Frame TV)?
After completing your order, you will receive an email with a link to our website where you can download your digital files.
Once downloaded, you can find the files on your device by following the steps below:
iPhone (iOS):
1. Open the "Files" app on your iPhone.
2. Tap on "Browse" at the bottom right of the screen.
3. Under "Locations," tap "On My iPhone" or "iCloud Drive" depending on where you saved the file.
4. Navigate to the "Downloads" folder to find your file.
Android:
1. Open the "Files" or "My Files" app on your Android device.
2. Tap on "Downloads" under the "Categories" section.
3. Your downloaded files should be listed there.
Windows:
1. Open "File Explorer" on your Windows computer.
2. Click on "Downloads" from the Quick Access menu on the left.
3. Your downloaded files should be in this folder.
Mac:
1. Open the "Finder" app on your Mac.
2. In the left sidebar, click on "Downloads."
3. You should find your downloaded files in this folder.
Production & shipping time
We print and ship your items directly from our production facility in California, USA.
Production time:
- unframed prints, stretched canvas → ships the next business day if your order is placed before 12 PM EST.
If placed after 12 PM EST, we will ship it within 2 business days. - framed prints, framed canvas → require 2-3 business days for production before shipping.
As a family business, we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible while ensuring the highest quality for your wall art.
Shipping:
We ship products using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping time usually takes between 2-5 business days.
Currently, we only ship products to customers in the USA.
Tracking:
Once your product has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package.

What materials do you use?
Only premium materials used:
- For prints, we use premium archival matte paper (230 gsm)
- Stretched archival matte canvas, 1.25" thick
- Only 100% natural wood frames

Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, we only sell products to customers in the USA.
Can I order a custom size print or canvas?
Yes, we offer custom-sized canvases and prints. Just email us at contact@antiquewhite.art with the details of your order, and we'll get back to you with more information.
What is your refund policy?
Currently, we do not offer refunds on our products as each item is made to order. However, we can cancel your order within a few hours of purchase if it hasn't been sent to production yet.

Digital products are non-refundable due to their automated nature.
